We are not responsible for server time expiry, network issues, etc.

Once fees are paid, they are non-transferable, non-refundable. The payment gateway link becomes void 7 days from the date of the invoice raised. You will be required to share the payment acknowledgment for issuing the materials.

Refund In Failed Transaction

We offer no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the customer's card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available, and working days/holidays of financial institutions.
